Getting started

Q. Do I need to register before I shop or make payment?

A. No, but its best to register with us so that you don’t have to re-write your address every time. Plus, we love getting to know you!

Q. How do I create an account?

A. Click here to register by filling in your details followed by pressing the register button, and you’re done!

Payment

Q. What payment method do you accept?

A.We accept:

  • Online banking (FPX)
  • Credit and Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
    • All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit. For credit and debit card holders which currency is other than Malaysian ringgit, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer.
  • Online transfer (For Made-To-Measure only)

Shipping and handling

Q. What kind of courier will you be using?

A. J&T courier service and Pos Laju for delivery within Malaysia, while SF express & EMS for Singapore and Aramex for Brunei.

Q. When will you process my orders?

A. Your orders will be processed within 48 hours after full payment is made. For orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, we will process your orders on the next working days.

Q. Do you do (Cash on Delivery) COD?

A. At the moment, we won’t be able to do COD yet except for Made-To-Measure, however our clothes can be shipped to anywhere within Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore.

Return and exchange

Q. What is your return and exchange policy?

A. Return and exchange is allowed but it has to be based on these reasons.

    • Purchased item received in poor quality. (Missing buttons, faulty zippers, defects). Postage cost will be borne by us.
    • Received an incorrect item. We’re terribly sorry and more than happy to make an exchange. Postage cost will be borne by us.
    • Change of size of the item. We do allow changing the size, but only if the item is still available to be exchanged. Change of size of the item is to be made within 5(five) business days only. Postage cost is to be borne by the customer.
    • Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with the label still attached can be returned/exchanged.

However, it is best to notify us first at hello@leiaandkhayra.com for inquires of return/exchange, with pictures (if any), proof of payment(s) & order number(s) attached.
