Order Policy

All orders made by the customers to Leia & Khayra using this site / Email/ social media/ Whatsapp / Imessage / are subject to acceptance. Leia & Khayra reserves the right at our absolute discretion to reject any order(s) without giving any reason.

Delivery Policy

All of our orders (except for Made-To-Measure) will be shipped by using any of these following couriers:

  1. J&T
  2. Pos Laju
  3. EMS (for Singapore shipping only
  4. SF express standard (for Singapore shipping only)
  5. SF express economy (for Singapore shipping only)
  6. Aramex (for Brunei Shipping only)

Note that, during festive season (Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Aidladha, Chinese New Year, Deepavali & Christmas), there could be 2-3 days delay in shipping service due to increasing delivery quantities.

With the recent covid -19 outbreak, please expect some delay in receiving your order(s) at your doorstep especially for Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore & Brunei.

Order placed by the customers during festive season after cut-off date (provided by the courier), may affect the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the parcel to your door. Leia & Khayra will not be responsible for any of customer’s order that have been affected by the delay. If you believe that you’ve made a mistake in placing the order(s) please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Leia & Khayra value our customer’s privacy and will never sell, lease or rent any of the information given by our customers in this website.

This information is used for credit and debit card validation purposes, and for the shipping address purposes.

This information is used for shipping contact purposes and to contact our customers in the event where there are any issues that need to be resolved between customers and Leia & Khayra. 

Force Majeure

In the event when there is a failure or delay in performing due to beyond the reasonable control of Leia & Khayra such as: (i) Acts of God, (ii) riot, terrorism, civil disturbance (iii) the act of government/authority (iv) adverse weather conditions (v) fire, explosion (vi) power failure, telecommunications failure, breakdown of plants or vehicle,  (vii) default of supplier or delivery partner, (viii) malicious damage, theft, lockdown, and (ix) any other impersonal events or occurrences that is beyond our control, Leia & Khayra shall not be liable and should be relieved from any matter that arises out of sales and purchases
